A Message From The President
“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like.”
James 1:22–24 (ESV)
Dear LifeQuest Change Makers,
James reminds us that faith was never meant to stay only in our thoughts. The Word of God is meant to take root in our hearts and shape the way we live. When faith becomes an action, it becomes something that influences the people around us. At LifeQuest we see this lived out through all of our amazing volunteers and donors who consistently choose to invest in the lives of young people. Many of the youth we serve have faced difficult circumstances and often lack steady encouragement. Yet, when someone shows up consistently, is willing to listen, and believes in them, it changes the way they see faith, themselves, and the future in front of them.
Those moments may seem simple, but they carry real impact. A conversation, a shared experience, a steady presence, or a moment where everything changes. A moment where a young person begins to believe that their life has value and purpose. As God continues to guide LifeQuest and our programs continue to grow, we are seeing more change happen and also more opportunities to reach youth who are searching for guidance and hope. With this growth also comes the need for more volunteers who are willing to walk alongside the next generation and help them discover a better path forward.
If you are already praying for, serving with, and donating to LifeQuest, thank you. Your forward moving faith is making a lasting difference. I would also encourage you to introduce others who may have a heart to partner with us. There are many people who want to make an impact but simply need an invitation.
If you have been considering volunteering, we welcome you to join us and if you
have been considering donating it is much needed. Sometimes the most
meaningful thing we can offer a young person is our presence and our
willingness to care. Together we can continue creating spaces where youth
find faith, hope, direction, and purpose in Jesus.
With Hope and Gratitude,

Faith calls us to action. It invites us to step beyond what we believe and into how we live. One of the most practical expressions of faith is service. When people share their time, energy, and talents with others, belief becomes something visible and meaningful. That’s why volunteers are such an important part of what we do. By stepping in and serving, they help create spaces where young people are seen, supported, and encouraged.
This month, one of my favorite moments with our youth was during Art Night at 4:14. I’m continually impressed by the creativity and talent in our group. It is always a joy to see young people express themselves and be encouraged by those around them. If you’ve been looking for a way to put your faith into action, we would love to invite you to come journey with us. Our volunteers make moments like Art Night possible, and there is always room for one more caring adult to step in and make a difference. Email me to get started today. info@lifequestusa.org

4:13 Journey / 4:14 Continuing Journey
Happy St. Patrick’s Day,
This March, our focus at LifeQuest is faith, faith that inspires action and changes lives. Every time a volunteer shows up, listens, or encourages a young person, they are living out faith in action and helping youth experience God’s love firsthand. The young people we serve come from diverse backgrounds. By investing time and care, volunteers show them that someone believes in them and, more importantly, that God does too. Faith grows through consistent presence, guidance, and Christ-centered relationships. We are looking for new volunteers ready to make a difference, mentoring, leading activities, or simply being a steady presence. Your time and heart could be the seed that helps a young person experience hope, purpose, and the love of Christ. If you know someone or feel God calling you to step out in faith this month, consider volunteering with us. Together, we can inspire trust, build relationships, and help youth encounter life-changing hope.
What’s Happening in LifeQuest Programs 4:13, 4:14, and JJS:
4:14- These past several weeks we have been working on some Art Projects with the theme of forgiveness and redemption. It’s amazing to see the talent that they all have!
JJS continues to grow steadily, with increasing interest and involvement within the facility. We’re grateful to see the momentum building. Currently we have 2 events that will be happening at YDDC, March 31 there will be the second annual 3v3 tournament and April 2 we will be hosting an Art Adventure in
preparation for the Second Annual LifeQuest Art Show April 11.

Volunteers of the Month
This month, we are honored to recognize Don and Eliot for their faithful service. As Bible Study leaders on the JJS side, they bring joy, energy, and a deep passion for Scripture to the young men they serve.
Through their dedication and commitment, six young men have come to faith in Christ—a powerful testament to the impact of their ministry. Their willingness to invest time, heart, and encouragement is making a lasting difference in these young lives.
Thank you, Don and Eliot, for your servant hearts and for the meaningful role you play in guiding and inspiring the next generation.
