A Message From The President
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
(Jeremiah 29:11, ESV)

Dear LifeQuest Family,
As we step into this new season, I want to share a heartfelt word about the hope we carry and the future we’re building
together. We are on the cusp of some truly wonderful developments.
First, I’m thrilled to announce that we’ve successfully introduced a LifeQuest elective class inside one of our local schools.
This is a huge step forward in bringing our values and character-based teachings right into the heart of the educational
environment. It’s a place where students can learn not just about academics but about life, faith, and the kind of character
that will carry them forward.
We’ve also been blessed with new partners and friends who are joining us in this mission. Their support is a reminder that
we are never alone in the work we do. Together, we’re expanding our reach and finding fresh ways to serve and uplift those
in our community who need it most.
Looking ahead, we have so many exciting things planned for this year. From outdoor adventures that build resilience to
mentorship programs that shape future leaders, we’re committed to creating opportunities that inspire hope and transform
lives.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Let’s step forward together with faith and excitement for all the great things to
come.

With Gratitude,
Ryan C. Butts

Harleigh’s Corner

Wow, what a month. I believe December was all about giving and we did
a lot. For starters, we packed our Christmas care kits. We give these
kits to the kids in the facility every year. Talking about what we do in
the facility we also had our Christmas party in the facility. We’ve done a
lot this year. Looking back at all the wonderful things we’ve done and
looking into the future we must remind ourselves of why we do these
things and how we can. Think about this year and remind yourself who
let you do these things.

Behind The Front Desk
When we place our faith in the Lord we know that hope is not wishful thinking. It is a confident expectation in the promises
of God. It is knowing that He is faithful and at work, even in difficult moments. This hope is what allows us to show up,
serve, and believe that change is possible. Many of the youth we work with feel far from this. Through
Bible studies, mentorship, and the simple act of showing up, LifeQuest is proud to bring lasting hope to youth. It is our
mission to spread the great news that through the love of Christ change is possible. As we look forward to the year ahead
of us, may we be lead by this guiding hope.

Happy New Year ,
Jim here, As we step into a new year, our hearts are filled with hope and gratitude
as we reflect on the incredible young people we are privileged to serve. Each day, I
am inspired by their resilience, courage, and God- given potential. Even in the midst
of uncertainty or challenge, their lives remind us that hope is alive and that God is
continually at work, shaping their stories and guiding them toward futures filled
with purpose and promise.
At LifeQuest, the beginning of a new year invites us to reflect on where we’ve been
and look forward with faith to where God is leading us. Our mission has always
been Christ-centered and youth-focused. We believe every young person is
fearfully and wonderfully made, created intentionally by God with a unique calling
on their life. Yet many of the young people we serve face obstacles that can cloud
their vision and weaken their sense of hope. Our role is to walk alongside them
and continually point them back to Jesus, the source of truth, healing, and lasting
hope.
Serving youth is not simply something we do; it is who we are called to be. Jesus
modeled a life of humility and service, showing us that true hope is found through
love, compassion, and faith lived out daily. Through mentoring relationships,
encouragement, and consistency, we help young people see that they are valued,
supported, and never alone. In these moments, hope is restored and faith begins to
grow.
True investment is not measured by material gifts alone, but by our presence, our
prayers, and our willingness to remain faithful and consistent. As I always say every
conversation, every word of encouragement, and every act of love reflects the heart
of Christ and plants seeds that will bear fruit far beyond what we can see today.
As we begin this new year, we are reminded that God is always doing something
new. Through Christ, we have hope for the future, strength for today, and purpose
in every season. It is our joy and responsibility to share that hope with the young
people entrusted to us and to help them step into the lives God has created them
to live.
Thank you for being part of this mission. Together, we are investing in what matters
most, young lives. As we partner with God, we are helping shape futures, build
legacies of faith and hope, and impact the next generation for His glory.
Thank you for believing in our mission, supporting these young people, and walking
with us into this new year with faith, hope, and love.
What’s Happening In LifeQuest Programs
Wow last month was a whirlwind, we celebrated Christmas in over 20 units
throughout the state and gave close to 400 Christmas care kits, to say the least we
got blessed by being a blessing. In our 4:14 program we had a wonderful Christmas
party with a White Elephant Christmas ornament exchange. It was a blast!
We are just a few days away from starting our 4:13 program at Calvary Christian
Academy.

Volunteers of the Month
I would like to make it a little bit
different this month. I would like to
recognize two different groups of
volunteers. The first group is everyone
who came out and helped with the
Christmas parties in the
Facilities. Thank you for taking time out
of an already busy season!
The second group I would like to
recognize is the education collective
who helped us develop a curriculum for
our School Program. Both of these
groups brought a heart of service and a
dedication to the youth as well as a love
for the Savior!
