After retiring from the United States Marines Corps in 2024, God brought Chance and his family to LifeQuest and has entrusted Chance with leading LifeQuest USA with reaching NM’s youth.

Esther Taylor

Office Manager/Events Coodinator

Esther is an Albuquerque native. She loves spending time with her husband and two children reading books and going on adventures! Esther has worked with youth and children since 2001 and began her career in office administration in 2003. Esther has been with LifeQuest since 2014

Jim Bayne

Program Director

Jim joined LifeQuest in July 2024 as our 4:13 Journey Program Manager. Jim has taken on the role of Program Director. Jim and his family love exploring NM. Both Jim and his wife are in full-time ministry.

Tiffany Santana

Community Relations

Hello, I’m Tiffany Santana! Over the last couple years I have had the pleasure of volunteering for LifeQuest. In that time I have been witness to incredible growth in both the organization and, most importantly, in the youth being served. I’m so excited to be moving into a staff position beginning in May—well, now! You’ll be hearing from me more individually as my heart is in building connections through gratitude, honoring the generosity of our volunteers, board, and donors.
